4. Secure Video Content
Access to certain video content is token-based. Tokens are intended for single-user use only. Sharing, recording, or distributing secure streams without authorization is a violation of these terms and may lead to legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nexus News shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Nexus News has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
